Part of a small percentage of Floridians, I was born and raised in Southwest Florida making me no stranger to the area I live, work and play in. I grew up with a love for Florida’s vast waterways that took me through the ins and outs of the area’s prime waterfront locations and it was not long before I began to see the value of their gorgeous views.
Just as my roots run deep into Florida, the Florida real estate business runs deep into my veins. As a third generation realtor, I heard and welcomed my calling to follow in the footsteps of my father( Dominick Izzo) and grandfather (Michael Izzo), who have been practicing locally since 1976. I consider it a blessing to have had the opportunity to learn from my father and grandfather’s 37 years of experience and knowledge. It is that knowledge and experience – I believe– that has given me an edge in my own real estate career.
Wanting to maintain my edge in the real estate market, I saw where the future of the market was heading; it was going GREEN. With my experience in the building industry and a passion to make a difference, I decided to become a National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) Certified Green Expert which recognizes me as an industry professional who incorporates green building into homes without driving up the cost of construction.
My extensive knowledge of construction continues to translate into my real estate career as I specialize in new construction opportunities on gulf access properties for ready home builders, future home builders and investors. I have a keen sense of the potential investment a new home brings as well as the benefits of investing in property for my clients’ future use.
